This year, we're honored to partner with fellow Hope Mom and potter Jeni Schrawyer of Pretty Please and Mango Trees to offer these custom taper candle holders, created especially for the Hope Mommies community.
Whether displayed on your dining table, mantel, or beside a favorite photograph, each candle holder is thoughtfully made to create a simple place of remembrance in your home. We hope it becomes a meaningful part of your family's traditions as you honor your baby's life year after year.
Each stoneware candle holder is handmade and individually stamped with up to two names or the words "forever loved." One taper candle is included with every purchase.
