Hope Mommies x Pretty Please and Mango Trees Collab
Every October 15th, families around the world light candles in memory of babies who are forever loved and dearly missed. This year, we're honored to partner with fellow Hope Mom and potter Jeni Schrawyer of Pretty Please and Mango Trees to offer these custom taper candle holders, created especially for the Hope Mommies community.
Whether displayed on your dining table, mantel, or beside a favorite photograph, each candle holder is thoughtfully made to create a simple place of remembrance in your home. We hope it becomes a meaningful part of your family's traditions as you honor your baby's life year after year.
Each stoneware candle holder is handmade and individually stamped with up to two names or the words "Forever Loved." One taper candle is included with every purchase.

Each candle holder is made to order and will ship by the first week of October to ensure it arrives before October 15th and the annual Wave of Light.
